Usually I’m not the type to write thank you notes, but on this occasion I felt compelled. Thank you
for helping us to sell our home and buy another one is this horrendous economy! This was the 5th transaction you’ve
helped us on and it was awesome! Before we first sat down last September to determine the current market value of our home
and to determine if we’d be able to sell it for what we owed on it. We really thought we’d have to short sell.
After we sold the house in 10 days for much more than it appraised and then got a great deal on the next home we counted our
